What reaches the desk, and what does not.

Corrections, cite requests, brand clarifications, and guest pitches all reach the desk. Account-specific support (login, KYC, payments, bonuses) does not — that route runs through the verified Customer Care channels.

Customer Care

Editorial feedback

The COME desk welcomes editorial feedback: corrections, clarifications, suggestions, and tips. The desk reads all feedback but cannot respond to every message.

To send feedback, use the COME social channels listed in the footer of every page, or the RSS feed. The desk treats feedback as a learning input; patterns in feedback inform future coverage.

For corrections specifically, please include the page URL, the passage you believe is incorrect, and the source you believe is more accurate. The desk verifies every correction request before publishing.

Commercial inquiries

For commercial inquiries — partnerships, syndication, advertising — use the verified contact channels on this page. The desk treats commercial inquiries as editorial, not promotional.

The desk does not accept payment for editorial coverage. Brand-intent pages are written under the same editorial standards as the rest of the coverage. The desk publishes corrections when needed and updates brand-intent pages when verified information changes.

For advertising or sponsorship, the desk reviews the request against the editorial standards and responds within 5 business days. The desk reserves the right to decline requests that conflict with the editorial standards.

How to submit a correction

To submit a correction, send a message via the COME social channels with the page URL, the passage you believe is incorrect, and the source you believe is more accurate.

The desk verifies every correction request before publishing. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours during business days. Once verified, the correction is visible on the page and flagged in the weekly briefing.

The desk treats corrections as a sign of editorial rigour, not a weakness. A page that has been corrected is more trustworthy than a page that has never been reviewed.

  • Include the page URL.
  • Include the passage you believe is incorrect.
  • Include the source you believe is more accurate.
  • Allow 24-48 hours for verification.

Social channels

The COME desk is reachable on X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. The handles are listed in the footer of every page. The desk treats the verified handles as the only legitimate social presence.

The desk does not respond to messages on unverified handles. If you see a handle claiming to represent COME that is not on the verified list, please report it.

For editorial feedback, the X handle is typically the fastest. For commercial inquiries, email is preferred.

Response windows

The desk aims to respond to editorial feedback within 3 business days. Corrections are verified within 24-48 hours during business days.

Commercial inquiries are reviewed within 5 business days. The desk reserves the right to decline requests that conflict with the editorial standards.

A useful pattern: include the page URL, your feedback category, and your contact preference in the first message. The desk reads all messages but cannot respond to every one.

Reach the desk

Four kinds of message reach the desk.

Corrections — if a piece on the desk is factually wrong, please cite the piece, the paragraph, and the source we should have used. Corrections are visible on the piece within 48 hours.

Cite requests — journalists and academics can request a citation block. The block is added to the relevant piece and a public record of the citation is kept on the relevant page.

Brand clarifications — if the brand has evidence a desk claim about it is unfair, we want to hear it. Where the evidence stands, the piece is updated. Where it does not, the clarification is appended as a visible revision.

Guest pitches — pitches are reviewed against the editorial standards. We accept occasional guest contributions; pitches should describe the angle, the evidence, and the standing of the contributor.

Routing rules

What does not reach the editorial desk.

Account-specific support — login recovery, KYC, payment disputes, bonus terms, app permissions, device checks — does not reach the editorial desk. These route through the verified Customer Care channels on the platform. The desk does not handle account data.

Marketplace complaints about a third-party seller, legal demands unrelated to editorial content, and SEO link requests: these do not reach the desk either. They route to a verified contact channel listed at the bottom of the relevant page.

Where a message is misrouted, the desk will reply once with a redirection to the correct channel. The desk does not run a support queue for account issues.
